Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SwarmGrid ("Service") is a multi-repo AI agent control plane that orchestrates Cursor Cloud Agents across multiple repositories. The Service allows you to run tasks across many repositories, monitor agent runs, and collect pull requests. Use of the Service is subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Account Obligations

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect to SwarmGrid, including Cursor, GitHub, and their respective APIs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) use agents to violate third-party terms of service (including GitHub or Cursor); (d) engage in automated abuse, spam, or harassment; (e) attempt to bypass security measures; or (f) use the Service for any purpose that could harm the Service or other users.

AI agents may create branches, push code, and open pull requests in your repositories. You are solely responsible for reviewing all agent output before merging. The Service does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated code or content.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Cursor, GitHub, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. SwarmGrid is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWARMGRID AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
